You are in a binding agreement with Sveamarket when an order has been made in our web shop. To complete an order, you must be over 18 years of age or have guidance approval. All orders only go through our web shop unless anything else is agreed. All prices include VAT if nothing else is stated. Information regarding pricing and shipping will show when you confirm an order agreement with us through the webshop.

Payment Methods

We use Klarna Checkout as our payment service. Please find following methods to choose from via Klarna Checkout below:

  • Klarna Konto, monthly invoice with your collective purchases which can be part-payment
  • Invoice with a 14-day purchase term via Klarna
  • Card payment
  • Direct bank payment

Return & Reimbursement Policy

You have 14 days to regret your purchase counting from the day you received your package, this is according to the Swedish ”distanslagen”. The package must be unopened, unused, in good condition, and be sent back in return with the original carton package. If the package is not send according to these terms, you will be charges for any possible damages on the goods. When the package has been returned to us, we will handle every case separately. You will be reimbursed if the case is approved and closed. The return shipment will be defrayed by the consumer in nothing else is agreed. All cases regarding returns, regret of purchase, reimbursement, shall be sent via mail to info@sveamarket.se

Consignment Terms

All shipping in Sweden is free of charge and your order will be handled within 24 hours. Delivery time is between 1-5 working days, depending on the region and country. Change in delivery time will vary depending on the stock status. All post packages will be sent with PostNord in Sweden. If your package won’t fit inside the mailbox, it will then be delivered to the nearest service-point. Please make sure to not open any packages that seem damaged or not in good condition. Take pictures of the damaged parts and send it to our info mail, together with a short description of the incident. All reclamations of damaged goods will be handles as separate cases. All consignment cases shall be sent via mail to info@sveamarket.se
